Job Title: Store Operations Lead

The Store Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of retail store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective merchandising execution, efficient expense management, and exceptional customer service.

This is a critical position that requires a high level of leadership skills, business acumen, and ability to work collaboratively with store staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the retail store staff to ensure overall quality and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Model effective leadership to gain commitment to store goals and training standards.
  • Recruit, select, train, and develop store personnel.
  • Provide feedback to the Store Manager on annual performance evaluations for all store employees.
  • Assist with expense management and develop strategies to meet budget targets.
  • Monitor and identify issues related to loss or inconsistencies to ensure store achieves shrink goals.
  • Control operational compliance, safety, and business standards.
  • Train employees in suggested selling and merchandising techniques.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by providing a friendly environment.
Qualifications

Education And/Or Experience

  • A minimum of one year of experience in retail management.

  • Solid knowledge of business and excellent command of the English language.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations.
  • Ability to think strategically, plan, and organize effectively.
  • Professionalism in all situations.
  • Proficient analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports.
