Job Overview

This position oversees daily store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective merchandising execution, expense management, employee training and development, human resources management, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead retail store staff to achieve high-quality performance, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit effective leadership to drive commitment to store goals and training standards, contributing to the recruitment, selection, training, and development of store personnel.
  • Support Store Manager in conducting annual performance evaluations for all store employees, assisting with expense management and developing strategies to align stores with budget targets.
  • Monitor and address operational compliance, safety, and business standards issues, fostering the training of employees in suggested selling and merchandising techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by providing a friendly environment, ensuring accurate and regular merchandise inventory counts are completed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, requiring minimum one year of experience in retail management, solid understanding of business principles and excellent English communication skills.

  • Professionalism in all situations, proficient analytical skills to gather and summarize data, solve problems, and prioritize work.
  • Results-driven individual with critical thinking, project management, time management, and organizational skills, able to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and independent judgment with diplomacy and compassion.
  • Able to plan, organize, multitask, and adapt to changing demands from multiple sources, execute directives with precision and consistency.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, willingness to work in multiple stores within an assigned district.
