Store Retail Operations Leader

This is a pivotal role in the store where you will support the Store Manager with sales, customer service, and store operations. You will be responsible for guiding the team members in providing excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, and ensuring the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
Primary Responsibilities:- Lead the store team in delivering outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service standards on the retail showroom floor.
- Collaborate with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is sufficiently staffed during busy periods.
- Assist the store manager in setting team goals, providing feedback, coaching, and ensuring team members stay updated on training.
- Extensive sales experience and sales specialist training.
- Assistant manager certification and relevant industry certifications.
- Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
