
Senior Speech Pathology Specialist

This is a key leadership position within the Speech Pathology department, providing high quality services and clinical expertise in subacute speech pathology management of patients with communicative-communicative and swallowing disorders.
The role involves strong leadership and contributions to the strategic plan and vision of the department, as well as assessment and management of patients in accordance with up-to-date knowledge of departmental clinical policies and currently accepted Speech Pathology Australia professional standards of practice.

Successful applicants will have a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology), or equivalent qualification, and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia. They will also have at least 7 years' experience in adult Speech Pathology and highly developed interpersonal skills incorporating excellent communication and negotiation skills.
