Job Overview

As a Workforce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team in optimising store workforce operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and daily service metrics.

The ideal candidate will have sound understanding of workforce planning principles and systems, as well as previous experience managing a team of direct reports. They will also possess advanced competency in Microsoft Suite and tertiary education in a relevant field such as business, commerce, analytics, or finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the workforce management team in scheduling, time & attendance, and workforce analytics.
  • Support strategic business decisions by leading accurate analysis of Key Performance Indicators.
  • Lead the development of the Workforce Operations team, providing coaching and driving continuous improvement.
