Key Responsibilities:- Create an optimized workforce through utilization and configuration of the scheduling solution.
- Analyze and report data effectively.
- Subject matter expert on all technical aspects of the scheduling solution.
- Customer-first approach when driving solution changes and enhancements.
- Test and configure new functionalities.
- Propose and drive system enhancements.
- Work with key stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes aligned with primary objectives.
- Support end users with technical inquiries.
- Develop and enhance functionality with a focus on user experience.
- Maintain user trust through ongoing solution performance and maintenance.
- Configure and test solution changes.
- Drive process and solution improvements through effective analysis.
- Ensure delivery of optimized schedules by maintaining key business drivers.
- Engage with external support stakeholders to drive future changes and improve solution performance.
- Identify and resolve critical solution deficiencies/risks with vendor support.
- Lead yourself to ensure empowerment, capability, and accountability.
- Promote a thriving team culture focused on achievement, empowerment, inclusivity, and innovation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure shared success and champion best practices.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and adhere to WHS policies, procedures, and training requirements.
- Consult and avoid introducing hazards or breaches of WHS legislation.
- Report injuries or hazards and support return-to-work programs.
- Maintain system configurations in accordance with industry awards and employee agreements.
