Occupational Therapist in Community Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and take on a community-based mental health caseload in South East Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled therapist to provide quality services to clients, both in their homes and within community networks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with our team, including plan and support managers and therapists. As a member of our mobile team, you will have access to ongoing learning and professional development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in community mental health
- AHPRA registration
- Patient, service-oriented, and people-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Active listener and critical thinking skills
This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a generous bonus commission structure that rewards your hard work and dedication.
