Yokogawa Australia and New Zealand offers an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Automation Specialist to join their Solutions Delivery team in Macquarie Park. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, implement, test, and commission innovative projects.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in process control and safety systems (DCS, SIS, PLC, MES) and hold a degree in electrical, instrumentation, mechatronics, IT, or equivalent experience.

The role involves delivering engineering, support, and maintenance services for Yokogawa systems, ensuring high-quality results aligned with project scopes, schedules, and standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute work safely, efficiently, and on time, provide expert guidance and solutions to clients, address technical issues, and manage communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engineering, support, and maintenance services for Yokogawa systems, ensuring high-quality results aligned with project scopes, schedules, and standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute work safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions to clients, addressing technical issues and managing communications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in process control and safety systems (DCS, SIS, PLC, MES).
  • Degree in electrical, instrumentation, mechatronics, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in DCS/PLC system design, system integration, and testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Salary and Benefits
