**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Safety & Facilities Manager to oversee our Sydney hospitals and provide advice and guidance to our Central Coast and Adelaide hospital teams. You'll work as part of a small operations team with a role designed to provide both strategic and functional support. You will contribute to the development and delivery of our safety strategy as well as ensure our hospitals are a caring environment that enhance the security, welfare and wellbeing of our team members and patients.

As our Safety & Facilities Manager you will ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed and coordinate the planned and unplanned maintenance of our equipment and facility.

**About You**:

As someone with a background from a trade or engineering role, you’ll have experience of coordinating facilities across multiple sites and have the ability to supervise and manage building contractors executing OPEX and CAPEX building projects to ensure all planned works minimise interruption. You’ll be competent across Work Health & Safety, quality assurance and potentially hospital legislation and systems.

**You’ll demonstrate**:

- A passion for delivering brilliant customer service
- Skill and proficiency in managing building operations
- An ability to prepare regular reports on the status and activities of the facility
- Effective cost control of maintenance and assist in budget preparation of the site.
- Effective relationship management through strong customer focus and service.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience and proficiency as a user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and GOFMX (or equivalent facilities management software)
- Demonstrated facilities management experience of 6 plus years
