**What You'll Be Working On**

As our Loyalty Campaign Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our customer engagement strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading end-to-end execution of loyalty and CRM channel plans
- Designing targeted customer journey campaigns
- Implementing sophisticated A/B testing to optimise campaign performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling, data-driven communications

**What Type of Person Will Succeed**
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, Digital Marketing, or eCommerce
- A tertiary degree
- 1-2 years of experience with major marketing automation platforms ideally Acoustic but open to others
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- The ability to multi-task, negotiate, and influence others
- Experience in a fast past environment used to running campaigns at a high frequency
