Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our specialist Disputes team in a Senior Associate role.

This position offers the chance to work on challenging, high-profile cases and collaborate with our Partners in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage files with professionalism and deliver high-quality legal services focused on dispute resolution in major projects.
  • Handle client instructions, identify key legal issues, evaluate risks, and devise case strategy.
  • Draft pleadings, correspondence, and contractual documentation.
  • Participate in court appearances, settlement conferences, and mediations.
  • Assist and brief external counsel for hearings or trial.
Requirements
  • 5 years of post-admission experience in dispute resolution with a focus on construction or infrastructure desirable.
  • Strong drafting and legal research skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in the construction and engineering sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
