Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to provide expert legal guidance and support on strategic and complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality legal services in environmental, planning, and heritage law, including Commonwealth and State assessment processes, biodiversity impacts and offsets, land access, pollution, contamination, waste, and water management, cultural heritage, climate change, and ESG considerations.
- Advising on construction contracts, risk management, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
- Support land acquisition and disposal processes, ensuring seamless transactions.
