Job Overview
">- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior In-House Legal Advisor to join our team.
- The successful candidate will provide legal advice across various business areas, ensuring the organization meets its obligations and remains compliant with relevant legislation.
About the Role
">- This is a hands-on role where your guidance will help shape how we manage legal risk and deliver services.
- You will advise on contracts, compliance, governance, and dispute resolution while supporting leaders to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
">- Provide clear and practical legal advice to support the business's operations and key decision-making.
- Assist in the provision of appropriate legal advice and drafting services to business areas.
- Contribute to building awareness and understanding amongst staff of key legal and commercial issues.
Requirements
">- Tertiary qualifications in law/legislation
- Admission to practice law in South Australia and a current unrestricted practicing certificate
- Highly developed communication skills
- Experience in providing in-house legal advice to government departments or agencies
