As a key member of the Operational Doctrine and Training team, you will play a pivotal role in designing training programs and operational doctrine that support service delivery.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent analytical, conceptual, and written communication skills. Additionally, you should have experience developing training and policy materials, as well as contributing to complex projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in a relevant field or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with diverse groups
