
Training Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to play a key role within our Direct to Market Program team. This role will be responsible for all onboarding activities for new starters in Oly Sales and Operations, working collaboratively with the Learning & Development team as needed.
The Learning Specialist will design fit-for-purpose learning programs, including hands-on activities such as building learning modules and planning/facilitating learning programs. They will deliver learning for process & system changes as part of the D2M program, as well as create and run a robust onboarding program to ensure new starters in Oly are job-ready.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting training needs analysis
- Designing role-based learning programs
- Development of training materials, including eLearns when required
- Planning and coordinating learning programs
- Executing learning programs
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the Oly business, D2M Program and Learning and Development
- Management of onboarding activities for new starters across Oly Sales and Ops, including liaising with IT, HR and other support functions
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the Melbourne office (Thursday and Friday). We offer a strong people-first culture, flexible/hybrid working to enhance your work/life balance, and more.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Knowledge of Sales and Operations ways of working
