The Venue Accreditation Manager will be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of accreditation services and operations in Australia for a prestigious football tournament.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement accreditation manuals, procedures, and operations to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage the client registration process for accreditation, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
- Collaborate closely with safety and security teams to guarantee high-quality information protection and operational excellence.
- Oversee the Accreditation Centre operations, including logistics, facilities, and technology management.
- Lead volunteer teams and manage rostering to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for ACR staff, safety and security personnel, and volunteers.
- Proven experience in accreditation and/or venue management or events coordination.
- Strong understanding of accreditation operations, access management, and its integration within venue operations.
- Knowledge of stadium operations and event management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to operate in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects concurrently under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
