
Accreditation Operations Manager

This is a key role for the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup in Australia, responsible for planning and delivering accreditation services and operations.
- The successful candidate will manage client accreditation registration, collaborate closely with safety and security teams, and develop accreditation manuals and procedures.
As an Accreditation Operations Manager, you will oversee accreditation centres operations, access management, and integrate accreditation within Venue Operations. You will be accountable for developing and implementing accreditation procedures, managing volunteer teams, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
This position requires strong interpersonal and people management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A background and experience in accreditation and/or working in Venue Management or at Events are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of accreditation and access management operations and its integration within Venue Operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate accreditation centres operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive accreditation procedures and policies.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver training to relevant staff and volunteers.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A strong understanding of accreditation and access management operations.
- Experience in Venue Management or Events.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
