
Training and Accreditation Specialist

The role of a Training and Accreditation Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality accreditation program. This position involves providing operational and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of the program.
Key Responsibilities:- Advocate for policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards.
- Facilitate effective governance through collaboration with committees, including succession planning and performance optimization.
- Coordinate administrative functions for the accreditation of training settings.
- Deliver training, advice, and support to stakeholders, including training providers, trainees, supervisors, and directors of education.
- Maintain accurate and transparent communications for reliable information.
- Contribute to projects, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide robust administrative and secretariat support to committees and working groups involved in accreditation processes.
Business and/or administration qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills are essential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and ability to achieve work objectives in a timely manner are also required.
