We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to lead the delivery, development, and continuous improvement of training programs across our Permanency Support Program.
You will be responsible for guiding new staff through induction, training, and their first six months of employment. This is a full-time, permanent role with in-person training delivery required between Pennant Hills and West Gosford.
- Deliver and coordinate prescribed training programs including TCI, foundational, child protection, and bespoke modules.
- Lead onboarding and induction processes for all new staff.
- Track probation milestones and ensure a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and refine training content.
- Maintain accurate training records and coordinate logistics.
- Be the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey.
