You will also contribute to the development of inclusive employment strategies and initiatives that promote diversity and equity in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and creating career opportunities that match clients to suitable and sustainable roles
• Championing inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Engaging and working alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment
• Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility
• Preparing workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training
• Facilitating employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion
• Building employer and community networks to create job opportunities
• Promoting Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals
• Meeting or exceeding internal and external performance benchmarks
• Championing Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice

About You:

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or genuine passion for employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You enjoy understanding an employer's business, its people, culture, and challenges to identify staffing solutions that truly fit.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
• Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current Driver's License - essential
