Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with clients as they plan their next career steps, providing support to find the right job along the way.
  • Building strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.
  • Providing opportunities for upskilling, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
  • Collaborating with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • Meeting or exceeding internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Championing values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Required qualifications include:

  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
