Administrative Role

This is an administrative position within a busy outpatient environment that provides multidisciplinary therapies and specialist clinics. The role assists in maintaining an efficient workflow and supports a high demand service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative functions, including meeting and greeting clients, answering general enquiries, directing enquiries to the appropriate person/place, taking and relaying messages, responding to emails, updating patient information in electronic medical records, reporting service events, referral processing, registering/discharging patients in electronic medical records, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and other tasks associated with the service.

The ideal candidate will have sound organisational skills, effective time management, ability to problem solve and perform under pressure. They will also have demonstrated professional telephone manners and excellent customer service, effective oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with people across all levels.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Meet and greet clients
