Sr. ID Manager Job Description

Job Title: Sr. ID Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sr. ID Manager to lead our Enterprise Identity team in the delivery of secure and reliable identity services using Microsoft Entra ID.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of Entra ID services, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access, and Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of Entra ID services, from deployment to ongoing maintenance.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with vendors to optimize Entra ID capabilities and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on Entra ID performance and usage.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID capabilities and architecture.
  • Proven leadership experience in identity and access management within enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service lifecycle management.
