Job Overview

The Sr. Identity Strategist will be accountable for the effective delivery, operational management and continuous improvement of enterprise identity services leveraging Microsoft Entra ID.

This role works closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain service quality while developing new identity capabilities aligned with business and security objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end delivery and operational management of Entra ID services, including but not limited to SSO, Conditional Access, and Azure PIM.
  • Lead major incident management for Entra ID-related incidents, working closely with technical teams.
  • Monitor platform health and performance; ensuring reliable execution of identity lifecycle and access control processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and compliance requirements for identity and access governance.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives across Entra ID capabilities.
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships; managing contracts related to Microsoft identity solutions.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by providing reports and evidence related to Entra ID operations and access controls.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership in identity and access management across enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) capabilities and architecture.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving cross-functional engagement.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and ensure successful implementation across teams.
  • Solid understanding of information security principles and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with incident management and service operations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service lifecycle management.
