Job Overview:

The Entra ID Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of enterprise identity services. As a strategic advisor, this position oversees the effective delivery, operational management, and continuous improvement of these critical services.

This specialist is responsible for monitoring platform health and performance, guaranteeing reliable execution of identity lifecycle and access control processes. They work closely with technical teams to lead major incident management for Entra ID-related incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimizing downtime.

To be successful, the ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills in identity and access management across enterprise environments. They should have experience managing stakeholder relationships, driving cross-functional engagement, and hands-on expertise in incident management and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end Entra ID services, including SSO, Conditional Access, and Azure PIM.
  • Manage major incidents related to Entra ID, collaborating with technical teams for timely resolutions.
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure reliable execution of identity processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and compliance requirements for identity governance.
  • Promote continuous service improvement initiatives across Entra ID capabilities.
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships, managing contracts for Microsoft identity solutions.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by providing reports on Entra ID operations and access controls.
