About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager Team Lead to join our team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving digital culture, leading a team of Business Development Managers, and providing strategic sales leadership across the APAC region for our Regulatory Compliance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure profitability.
  2. Maintain accurate and timely sales pipeline and salesforce data to inform business decisions.
  3. Represent LexisNexis Risk Solutions with customers to build strong relationships and drive long-term growth.
  4. Identify new revenue opportunities and develop tactical plans to pursue and execute on these.
  5. Provide overall strategic leadership and functional management of all sales activities for the Business Development team.
  6. Coach and develop skills within the team to ensure best practice sharing and high performance.
  7. Review market trends and business performance to identify new opportunities and direct the team accordingly.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan marketing events, content, and product feedback.
  9. Attend industry events and promote the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand.
  10. Work with integration partners and industry partners to generate leads.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in team leadership and new business development.
  2. Solution selling experience with highly developed computer skills, including CRM and MS tools.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and credibility with clients and team members.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  6. Desire to learn and grow with the business, and lead a team of professionals.
