Furniture Industry Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As an industry leader in furniture manufacturing, we have established ourselves as one of the largest suppliers in Australia.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and property management skills, with experience in asset management or a related field.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining properties, including filing maintenance and semi-annual property condition reports.
Key Responsibilities- Property Management and File Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all properties under management.
- Vehicle File Maintenance and Scheduling: Maintain valid insurance policies and conduct regular vehicle condition reports.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or economics (required)
- Experience in asset management or related field (at least 1 year required)
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail (essential)
