Job Description:

- Provide guidance and support to educators and staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional care and education.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with our service values and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Early Childhood Care and Education Services, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
