Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle activities and programs that promote the social, psychological, recreational cultural and spiritual wellbeing of our residents.

About the Role:
  • Lead resident-centered activities and events that foster a sense of community and connection among residents
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain a deeper understanding of each resident's preferences and needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement innovative lifestyle activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Provide coaching, supervision and guidance to the lifestyle team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support to older adults
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Strong coaching and training skills to develop the capabilities of the lifestyle team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in IT systems and technology, with a willingness to learn new tools and applications
  • NDIS and Police check clearance, or willingness to obtain
