Job Overview

This role supports administrative operations related to laboratory services, ensuring continuity of operations in the absence of senior management. The incumbent's responsibilities include budget oversight, purchasing products and equipment, human resources management, project management, risk management, and quality program implementation.

The primary place of work is the regional facility, where the incumbent provides day-to-day support for the manager's activities. However, travel to other facilities may be required to support local activities.

Responsibilities also involve strategic planning, policy development, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations and ability to make informed decisions.
