About this Role
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team. As someone who loves helping people, you will:
- Conduct hearing screenings and provide maintenance for hearing aids
- Offer face-to-face and phone-based support to customers
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries
- Source new business opportunities and develop local marketing strategies
- Assist clinics in achieving their goals through reporting and solution implementation
- Provide administrative support to audiologists and clinic staff
About You
If you have experience in customer service or retail, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you. Ideally, you will also have previous administration experience, but full training will be provided.
