Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our hearing care team as a specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support our hearing clinic on a full-time or part-time basis, providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide quality hearing health care services.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs to apply tailored sales strategies effectively.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, or allied health is essential.
- You should possess strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support clients throughout their hearing journey.
- A Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification is required.
- This is a permanent, full-time/part-time role in a well-established organisation.
