Hearing Care Professional

We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric individual to join our team at the Kippa Ring Clinic.
As a Client Advisor, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in people's lives by helping them rediscover the emotions of sound.
- Perform hearing screening checks and hearing aid maintenance (Full training provided)
- Provide face-to-face and phone-based customer support
- Confirm/schedule customer appointments through Diary and Inbox management
- Source external lead generation opportunities and roll-out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
- Assist clinics to perform more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
- Provide administrative support to Audiologists and the clinic
Key qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service/retail role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills and be tech-savvy
- Previous administration experience is an advantage, however, full training will be provided
- Driver's license and your own vehicle (preferred)
