Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Retention Specialist to engage with restaurants wanting to leave our platform. Your primary objective will be to address their concerns, resolve issues, and explore alternative strategies or incentives to retain their partnership.
Your role will involve demonstrating empathy and understanding the reasons behind their decision to end the partnership. You will devise effective solutions to retain their business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach and retain existing restaurant partners looking to terminate their partnership
- Manage accounts to optimize new and existing partnerships
- Work with restaurants to set expectations around our services to maximize restaurant satisfaction
- Collaborate with our Business Intelligence and Marketing teams to identify marketing opportunities
We Require:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to persuasively sell and present ideas to diverse audiences
- A strong work ethic and determined attitude to achieve targets
- Resilience and mindset focused on achieving goals
- Quick learning abilities and capacity to think on your feet
