Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

Our Quality Assurance team is responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support factory teams to achieve quality, delivery, and cost KPIs
  • Lead new product introduction processes into manufacturing
  • Improve quality systems to support manufacturing
  • Mitigate risks of non-compliance
  • Provide quality leadership through mentoring and coaching
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory standards
  • Collaborate across QA functions
  • Perform quality representative roles for operations projects
  • Develop quality agreements, plans, and project-based risk assessments
  • Perform or support internal/external/supplier audits

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with 5 years' experience in regulated volume manufacturing industries
  • Experience in Quality Systems/Mfg Quality, risk management, requirements management, and process validation
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams
