Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Sydney Area, NSW

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our meal production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect each unit on the production line to ensure correct output and adherence to quality standards.
  • Verify that all meals meet specified dietary requirements.
  • Work closely with production staff to address and rectify any quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and findings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in the production process.
  • Collaborate with other team members to uphold a high standard of food safety and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the fresh meal prep industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent understanding of dietary requirements and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and night shifts.
