We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our new restaurant in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 80-seat a la carte restaurant, 50-seat private dining room, 20-seat bar, and deli.

- Front of House Management
