**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, focusing on building a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Develop and implement effective rostering and shift management strategies to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety legislation, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Drive sales growth and adhere to budgets, making informed decisions to optimize revenue.
- Manage customer feedback, using insights to improve the overall dining experience.
- Oversee stock control, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
