Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Lead a team of hospitality professionals: Supervise and mentor a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Manage restaurant operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement business strategies: Work with the hotel management team to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics: Track key performance indicators, such as sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity, and use this data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as food and beverage, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role: Proven track record of success in a restaurant management role, with experience in leading a team and managing restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions, and to troubleshoot problems and find solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent: Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
