Speech Pathology Team Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to take on a leadership role within our expanding Speech Pathology service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Speech Pathologists, providing clinical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality services are delivered. They will work closely with the national team of Speech Pathologists, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65, across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and offices.

This leadership position offers opportunities for professional development, internal training programs, and the chance to specialise in areas such as Early Childhood Services, Positive Behaviour Support Services, or dysphagia management.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with SPA
  • Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants (preferred)
  • A car and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
