About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and development of MS Dynamics 365 CRM and other administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing operational support and troubleshooting of complex technical issues within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
  • Implementing, administering, configuring, securing, and enhancing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems
