Job Overview

This role is pivotal to the seamless functioning of CRM systems, supporting sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it is optimally configured and utilised.

Key responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, streamlining workflows, and providing user support and training.

Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to tailor the CRM to business needs, manage user access and security, and deliver insights through reporting and dashboards.

The focus will be on automation and continuous improvement, enhancing operational efficiency and customer engagement for the sales team.

  • Configure and maintain the CRM system to ensure smooth operation and efficient user access management
  • Maintain accurate and reliable customer data through regular audits, deduplication, and clean-up processes
  • Provide ongoing user support and training to improve CRM adoption and usability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users regarding onboarding and CRM troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining configurations and best practices
  • Customise the CRM with tailored fields, workflows, and reports to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM functionality with departmental workflows
  • Manage user permissions and ensure the security of sensitive data
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to track customer behaviour and business performance
  • Develop and optimise marketing automations, journey flows, and segmentation strategies
  • Monitor and support integrations with connected systems and tools
