Technical Records Officer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Records Officer to join our team. As a key member of our aviation records management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our aircraft records.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the business, including maintenance engineers, pilots, and schedulers, to ensure that our aircraft meet strict airworthiness regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date aircraft records;
  • Liaising with team members across the business to gather information and verify entries;
  • Maintaining our aviation management tool, Aerotrack; and
  • Liaising with external suppliers and maintenance organizations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a technical records, parts or technical catalogue role, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additionally, you will need to be willing to undergo a Baseline Security Clearance check and be an Australian Citizen.
