We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the effective operation of various assets and sites across the Shoalhaven area. The role will be based at HMAS Albatross in Nowra with travel to other sites across the region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or similar industries, with a proven track record in maintenance management. They will also possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities will include leading, motivating and managing a team of maintenance trades and subcontractors, working with the O&M Superintendent to ensure timely and effective delivery of maintenance services, and monitoring site level compliance reviews.

About You

We are seeking a strong team player who is a self-starter and dedicated employee, with a passion for delivering high quality outcomes. The successful candidate will have a trade or tertiary qualification in a relevant field, and be committed to developing themselves personally and professionally.

  • Extensive experience working in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or similar industries is essential.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management with a trade or tertiary qualifications in relevant fields is required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
The Role

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently, with minimal disruption to operations. This will involve collaborating with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
