The Role
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals and subcontractors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for maintenance operations.
  • Monitor site-level compliance reviews to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets to optimize resources and minimize costs.
  • Ensure clear communication across all sites regarding organizational health, safety, and environmental expectations.

  • You will be a strong leader, innovator, and dedicated professional with extensive experience in maintenance management.
  • Proven track record of success in relevant fields with trade or tertiary qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Safety is a top priority in everything you do.
  • Current holder or ability to obtain the required security clearance.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in industries such as Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or similar sectors.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
