About this Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics supportability and a proven track record of success in maintenance and repair methodologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining outstanding stakeholder relationships, training and mentoring their team, and providing expert advice and guidance on Support and Test Equipment activities.
The role also involves ensuring the development and delivery of S&TE plans and reporting requirements, establishing and managing Logistics Information (LI) and Maintenance Management Systems (MMS), and conducting technical spares assessments and stock requirement management activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance and repair efficiency
- Liaise with service contractors and service providers to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have significant knowledge and experience in logistics supportability as it relates to Defence. A background in an aeronautical trade is preferred, but not essential.
