Responsibilities
  • Personal care assistance
  • Social support and companionship
  • Meal preparation and planning
  • Medication administration
  • Respite care
  • Domestic assistance and household management
  • Transportation to appointments and shopping
Requirements
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • A satisfactory Australian National Police Check
  • A current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Smartphone ownership
  • Authorization to work in Australia
  • Living near the Sydney area
  • The ability to provide care with empathy and kindness
  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and autonomous
  • A high level of organizational ability and time management
