Empowering Independence through Support Work

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities in New South Wales.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live independently and reach their full potential.

  • Provide personal care services such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance.
  • Assist with social support and transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments.
  • Perform domestic assistance tasks such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Support individuals with complex and challenging needs.
  • Provide updates on participants' progress following each service.
  • Deliver learning and life skills support to assist individuals in acquiring new skills, promoting independence.
Key Requirements:
  • A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle for transporting clients (if needed) and travelling to customer locations.
  • The ability to work comfortably with farm animals, as some locations may be in rural areas.
  • Medication Competence.
  • An understanding of complex mental health support.
