**Job Opportunity:** Disability Support Worker

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting customers to achieve their personal goals
  • Transporting customers to & from services or activities (e.g., physiotherapy, gym, doctor's appointments)
  • Promoting independent decision making

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to build rapport with diverse customers
  • Experience working with adults with complex support needs (both physical disabilities and mental health concerns)
  • Driven, energetic, committed & patient
  • Compassionate
  • Strong communication skills

**What You Need To Succeed:**

  • Current driver's licence and vehicle
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screen
  • NDIS Module 1
