**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team in New South Wales.

This permanent part-time position involves supporting five wonderful male participants in a supported independent living (SIL) home.

The successful candidate will provide personal care, meal preparation, light domestic duties, community access, and support the development of daily living skills to promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, including showering, grooming, and toileting
  • Meal preparation and light domestic duties
  • Community access, including appointments, outings, and social activities
  • Supporting the development of daily living skills and promoting independence

Requirements:

  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • A valid driver's licence
